Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped.
If an order is cancelled, 10% cancellation charges will be deducted from the total order value.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Customers may instead follow the Return Policy after delivery.
